Quality Insights Renal Network 3 is required by contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to maintain provider/facility as well as patient demographic information, collect, analyze, and validate the data, submit annual reports reflecting public data, and to track ESRD treatment changes for all patients treated in the Network 3 area (New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands).
